With regards to you query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, there are two (2) companies with SEC Registration number 45175. First is Banana Farmers Coop.Mrktg. Assn. Inc. with SEC registration number 0000045175. Second is Vergpont Mrktg. Co. with SEC registration number P000045175. 

Should you decide to request for a copy of their Articles of Incorporation, you may proceed to the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.
