Hi! I am a graduating student from University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue. I am needing your attention of requesting the statement of account/ income statement of the following companies:
1. Jade Stool Class
2. Uratex Monoblock
3. Big Box
4. UNO/bistro chair
5. Alleiv monoblocks
The researchers need this data for our feasibility study entitled "Feasibility Study of Using Plastic Wrapper as a Stool Chair". The data is intended as our basis and for educational purpose only.

All documents requested through this system will be delivered within five to seven days from confirmation of payment. The list of SEC fees may be found at https://secexpress.ph/service-fees. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to comsec@sec.gov.ph.
