With regards to your query, kindly be informed that you may request copy of the Audited Financial Statement of Philip Morris using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC. The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph. SEC Express System covers the following options:
a. Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b. Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Thank you for your immediate response. However, I need 28 Financial Statements from different companies for my studies which will cost me a huge amount of money on which, unfortunately, I cannot afford.
In this regard, aside from online application, is there an alternative mode with a minimal fee for securing documents like going to the SEC office and saving the docs to a USB?
