Why are you still allowing to operate lending companies specially PesoQ that harrasing and giving too high interests if you delay paying the debt? Many people already filing complaints but still you're not doing anything to stop their wrongdoings? Please explain to me why.

You asked for Harrasment from Pesoq. Too high interest.

Response to Request

Please take note that the Commission is already taking the necessary actions against complaints filed against companies that are under its regulatory supervision.  In your FOI request, it shows that it involves the issue regarding the Company’s high interest rates and high penalty charges. 
Please take note that the Commission does not have the authority to resolve the issues raised in your FOI request which could be the subject of a civil action before the regular courts. Thus, we urge you to seek the aid of a lawyer so that the facts and circumstances of your case may be reviewed and that you may be advised of the remedies available to you.
