Good Day!

I am Relchen R. Torrejas, a DOST scholar graduate under RA 10612 BATCH 2015, Regarding with my last FOI request in SEI dated Jan 22, 2020.
I would like to clarify regarding my name in my last request. I wrote Joseph Relchen R. Torrejas. This a typo error and I dont intend  to use it for any specific purposes. This happens when I copied a phrase for grammar purposes and I accidentally did not erase the word Joseph. My name is RELCHEN ROSALES TORREJAS for further clarification.

I'm hoping that you will consider this mistake.
