Good Day!

I am Joseph Relchen R. Torrejas, a DOST scholar graduate under RA 10612 BATCH 2015, Regarding with the return of service, 
According to DepEd, Upon review of the DOST endorsement they found out that I am not included in the list for deployment last year.They told me to direct my concern to DOST SEI.  In line with this, I want to ask if I have deficient requirements making me not included in the endorsement and I want to know when will be the endorsement this year (2020).
