Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Dec 31, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Affidavit of Guardianship.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied.

However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your inquiry regarding the affidavit of guardianship. You may coordinate with STSD by email at scholarships@sei.dost.gov.ph for your concern. And you may also contact them on (02) 8330-8876 or (02) 8330-8826.
