Good morning ma'am/sir.

I am Jeanne Xyla A. Ondoy, an applicant for the DOST scholarship. I have a problem regarding the application because I cannot click the continue button if I do not fill out the legal guardianship form. I tried too many times, but it still does not work. What should I do?

You asked for DOST SCHOLARSHIP.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied.

However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your inquiry regarding the affidavit of guardianship. You may coordinate with STSD by email at scholarships@sei.dost.gov.ph for your concern. And you may also contact them on (02) 8330-8876 or (02) 8330-8826.

Your right to request a review
