As part of my requirement in my Seminar in Development class, I am to conduct a study on a development problem. I chose to study the general issue on innovation and/or science and technology.

In line with that, I would like to request the following data: 
Number of completers of the DOST Undergraduate Scholarships (Merit and RA 7687) from 1997-2018. I need a yearly data (if possible).
