I am a MS Applied Physics student from UST and I would like to ask if the list of potential qualifiers for the 2nd term has been released already and if my application has been received last November 15.

Dear Ella Mae Palma,

Good day!

This pertains to your request re-Update on ASTHRDP Scholarship.

Per policy, the screening of the applicants for graduate scholarships is being done at the member-universities through its Project Leaders. A two-level screening is conducted to select the potential qualifiers for the said program. Thos who pass the two levels of screening are included in the Registry of Potential Qualifiers which the Project Leader endorses to the DOST-SEI for review together with the applicants' documents.

Upon verification with the SEI staff in-charge of the ASTHRDP, please be informed that your name and application documents were not included in the endorsement submitted to the DOST-SEI from the University of Santo Tomas (UST).
