I am Irah Joy E. Solis an incoming MS Forestry student at the Visayas State University. I applied for the DOST- ASTHRDP Scholarship. With this,  I would like to ask if my scholarship application was approved.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 03, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for DOST ASTHRDP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied.
