Hi!! I would like to request information whether:
1. having a small grocery store registered under BIR in my name is considered a return of service for DOST scholarship?
2. Working as a cashier though graduated engineering

You asked for DOST Return of Service.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that your request is not under Executive Order No. 2 s. 2016 on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the DOST-SEI, hence your request is denied.

However, we forwarded to the Science and Technology Scholarship Division (STSD) your inquiry regarding the dost return of service. You may coordinate with STSD by email at clearance@sei.dost.gov.ph or scholarships@sei.dost.gov.ph for your concern. And you may also contact them on (02) 8330-8876 or (02) 8330-8826.

Your right to request a review
