Hello! May I ask if you have mechanization plans specific to sugarcane production in the Philippines? If not, may I just request for a copy of the Provincial Agricultural and Fishery Mechanization Plan of Negros Occidental? I would like to look into a mechanization plan at the provincial level (specifically Negros Occidental).
