I am seeking permission to gather and collect research data for my thesis paper entitled, “Profitability of Smallholder Sugarcane Farming Systems in Pampanga: A Comparative Analysis between Block Farming and Traditional Farming Systems”.

The data that I would like to respectfully request for my research proposal will entail collecting data such as:
a.The total number of Sugarcane Farmers in Pampanga.  
b.The Barangay participants of Sugarcane Farmers in Pampanga. 
c.The location of the participants Sugarcane Farmers in Pampanga. 
d. Block farming productivity data.
e. Block farming location
