Hi,
I would like to know the location of my girlfriends check for her Salary Loan, applied last June 19, as per your end. check already at Post Office, but upon checking in Post Office Pasay Tramo Branch,  but as per Post office officer. There is no check under her name.

Please see details below and revert ASAP!

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. She may retrieve information regarding her loan by accessing her My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of her loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

For other SSS concerns, please send your query through https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.
