Hi, I received my loan last October 1, 2020 and I have a dispute on the loan amount. My employer is consistently paying my loan on time and I don't have any debts with SSS. I forwarded the certificate of payment from my employer as a proof but still no response from SSS. I already lodged a complaint in 8888 but still no action on my case. Kindly prioritize as I need the funds asap

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the salary loan information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact SSS Member Relations Department at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.
