Hi, I would like to report the OLA (Excellent Era Lending Services Corporation) and the finance department representative named Jessica Villanueva, she is forcing me to transfer a specific amount before they will provide a code for me to get my approved loan and threatened me that even if I will not continue my application they will still collect payments monthly even though I did not receive the approved loan. In addition to the threat, she informed me that they already have my information and I'm afraid they may use it for illegal activities/fraud without my knowledge.
