Response to Request

There are five ways to get the PRN. 
1. Register then log-in to My.SSS by going to www.sss.gov.ph and generate your PRN online.
2. Use your My.SSS username and password to log-in at the SSS Mobile app using your smartphone or tablet.
3.Inquire on PRN thru TextSSS. Just text SSS PRN <10 digit SS number>  <PIN>  <Date of Birth MM/DD/YYYY>  and send to 2600
4. Request your PRN via email: prn@helpline@sss.gov.ph
5.Call 1455 or 81455 to get your PRN

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
