I am Jonathan Cac Langaman of Ilocos Norte, repatriated sea-based OFW last July 2020. I am making this request letter to your good office to seek assistance to claim my UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT from SSS. Because after applying and submitting the requirements to DOLE and SSS for how many tries still SSS keep telling me that my claim is always rejected for several reasons like: documents discrepancy, authenticity of documents, the officer who signed the documents is not in SSS list and others.They can always check our history or authenticity of documents thru online from DOLE/POEA , Thank you 4 help

Just want you to know that my application for Unemployment benefit has been approved yesterday, thank you.  So please just cancel or disregard my request for SSS.
