Hi! I just want to follow up on the SS sickness and EC sickness claim. I have approved SS sickness and EC sickness but still didn't receive the cash assistance for the said programs. Requesting your kind assistance.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email has also been sent to your registered email address.

Thank you for the quick response. I know how to check that information online. What I want to know is when I'm gonna receiving my approved claims. It has already been months past.
