Good day,

I have a SSS online account but i forgot my userID and password unfortunately. I also forgot my email account that i used in registering in My. SSS.

May i request that my email address be replaced with muanagbeth97@gmail.com which is my active email as of date.

Here are my details relevant to this purpose:

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing.
