Greetings!
This concern has been bugging me all this time. On July 2016, I availed a Loan Restructuring Program for 2 years. I completed the payments as June 8, 2018 but to my surprise I still have unpaid balance . I went to SSS Cagayan de Oro Branch Feb 11 2019 to complain. I was assured to have their records adjusted but nothing happened. I went back Oct 2 2019, filed a formal request, up to this time no word. I checked my sss online, the unpaid loan balance is still there.
Due to pandemic, my movements are limited so I decided to raise my concern here. Thank you.
