I would like to follow up and complain about my SSS Salary Loan and GCASH as my active disbursement account. It was both approved Feb 16 to 17. I even received an email from SSS stating that my GCASH has been approved as my disbursement account. I also received a separate notification that my salary loan has been certified by my employer and already on "Loan has been granted" status. 

When i inquired about this via email "member_relations@sss.gov.ph, suddenly my salary loan has been cancelled due to invalid bank account. I find it impossible because the GCASH has been approved by SSS.
