I would like to request a certification from your good office stating that I am not a recipient of your agency's financial assistance. The certification from your agency will be used as a requirement for the financial assistance offered by Dole for displaced and temporarily laid-off workers.

You asked for For SSS certification that I am not a recipient of the agency's financial assistance.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the certification you have requested. SSS does not provide it.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
