LETTER OF REQUEST

It was July 7, 2020, when I applied for a Calamity Loan. I even set my bank account for loan disbursement. Unfortunately, I made an honest mistake by providing inaccurate bank details where my bank account was missing a number. I really hope you can help me with this request of canceling my calamity loan application so that I may reapply anew. For further details or clarification, you may contact me through my number.
