Good day, 

I'm Antonio Amaro and in need of your assistance regarding my registration to SSS online, my CRN/SS # is 03-3362170-3. As I go through the registration of my information, the last part of it, which is the Registration preference, I have no idea what to fill in because it's been ages since i open my account to SSS and I forgot all the information. Could you help me with this one?
