Good day,

I have a SSS online account but i forgot my userID and password unfortunately. I also forgot my email account that i used in registering in My. SSS.

May i request that my email address be replaced with [edwinafenir54@gmail.com] which is my active email as of date.

Here are my details relevant to this purpose:

Date of birth: August 20, 1966

SSS/CRN number: 33-4586596-5

i'd email SSS already thur onlineserviceassitance@sss.gov.ph but they always keep sending me ticket number 2025484402.
