Good day Sir/Mam, my name is ismael ignacio with sss# 02-1252-488-2 and DOB = august 10, 1967.
     I applied for calamity loan online last june 25 and my loan application is approve and cheque already generated dated july 1 according to my sss web account. May I kindly know the status/location of my cheque and where is it address to. I am unable to call your phone lines so I just would like to kindly know when and how I will receive my calamity funds. Hoping for your time and patience regarding this matter
