I would like to file a formal complaint regarding EC Claim reimbursement. I have already changed my disbursement account before it was approved but I was advised it will still be credited to my old disbursement account. Now I have been calling your call center and exchanging emails to GCash everyday to see if the money I own is there. You need to make sure to check if the disbursement account is updated before disbursing the amount. Now I don't know if I will be able to receive my money!
