Hi I would like to ask regarding on UMID I applied last Feb 2020 but until I haven't received my ID.  They said last Sept. 8, 2021. They will text me if the Card is already available but unfortunately my phone got lost. How I am able to know if my card is ready for pick up? And I hope there is improvement on the status of my Card since its been 2 years.
