Dear Madam/Sir,

Good Day!

I was requesting a new SSS ID(umid card) in Ormoc City SSS branch last year January 22,2020.They said I will claim it after 6 months.But the problem is when Covid19 came,I didnt able to travel in Ormoc City which is prohibitid due to Covid19. And now,I'm already in Qatar.It is possible to send thru mail post my Umid ID? Its already 1 year now.
