Hi,

I would like to know how I can avail EC Claim Benefit. I have tested positive for COVOD 19 and got no assistance from the company I work. I am on no work no pay status within 14 days of quarantine. Can you please let me know when I can apply EC Claim and how? Thanks!

We were able to determine that this information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. An email has also ben sent to your registered email address.  
You may also visit crms.sss.gov.ph for benefit details.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
