Hi!  I would like to ask if I can still make a claim regarding my COVID 19 Sickness Claim even if it is way back 2021.  

My first application was made while I am still employed and it was declined as it says I am lacking of document.   The company I am working with at that time did not push the application through.

I am currently on voluntary status and I am still considering making another application for the same claim.  I had all the documents to complete the requirements.
