Good day,
I tried to register to SSS website portal to see my SSS employment History but SSS website was unsuccessful.
as per email stated sent to me.

"Dear Ms./Mr. DIZON,

We regret to inform you that your registration in the SSS Website was unsuccessful due to the following reason/s:
Your SS Number is already registered.
For further assistance, please email onlineserviceassistance@sss.gov.ph, indicating your Common Reference Number (CRN)/SS Number and complete name.

Thank you for using the SSS Website."
