I have a SSS Online Account but I forgot my password. Unfortunately, I also forgot my password in the email account that I used in registering in My.SSS.

May I request that my email address be replaced  [vmartinez1894@gmail.com)  which is my active email as of date.

Here are my details relevant to this purpose:
