Hello ma'am/sir? Can I know the status of my membership? Why I can't register and it giving me an unsuccessful registrations now.

At my first registrations, the email was too slow to appear in my inbox. Therefore, the password creation got expired, then said that I need to register again. 

So, this made me to register and fill up the information that need to be given, but after the submission, the email said that it was now unsuccessful registrations.
