Hi my name is Mary Jean Maglaya

I would like to seek help to track my sss cheque which I applied for calamity loan and approved since 18th of June 2020. The check date is 06-23-2020, the check number is 4743264 and the mailing address is 15TH FLR WILCON IT HUB 2251 CHINO ROCES AVE COR, EDSA BANGKAL CITY OF MAKATI METRO MANILA 1233, company name is Probe Group Philippines Inc. I was advised from our HR that there's no cheque received under my name. Hope you may help. Thank you.
