Dear Sir/Madame 

I, Michael Dojillo Jaranilla, with SSS Number: 07-2498051-6 has made a payment last October 05, 2023 at around 10:43 AM for my SS Contribution of the month of July- Sept. 2023. The PRN generated VH231500307804 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 1,690. The GCASH payment reference number was 693016032. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution for July -Sept. 2023
