Magandang araw at sana po ay nasa mabuti kayong kalagayan.

Ayon po sa SSS Memebers Relations at sa Tondo Branch, ang 13th Mo. Pay ay hindi dapat kaltasan ng SSS Monthly Contribution sa sahod. Ayon din po sa depinisyon ng DOLE ito ay benefits at hindi Bonus. 

Taliwas po ito sa sinabi ng SSS BGC-NCR na ito ay Bonus at kasama sa dapat kaltasan ng SSS Monthly contribution sa sahod. 

Paki bigyan po ito ng kalinawan para po sa lahat ng mangagawa at employer na apektado po  dahil dito. Salamat po.
