Good day!

I want to ask for your help, to be able to file my SSS Unemployment Benefits Claim, I have a hard time to comply your requirements "the DOLE Certificates", DOLE is keep on asking me for a transaction number which I don't know where to find, they said I will ask those who have availed already the benefits, how can I find my co-workers? and I don't even know where they are.

Since September 1995, I have been a member of you, the benefit that I want to avail of my hard work to achieve. This is my SSS number: 06-1372023-0. Thank you very much.
