Hi I would like to verify, we have a new hire employee who was hired last March 1, 2023 but this new hire is still rendering her paid 30 days notice until April 30, 2023 to her previous employer.

Question: Is it ok for us to not remit any remittances considering her old employer is still remitting her statutory deduction? will we violate any applicable law if we do this? what can we do to document this if ever that it is possible for us to not pay her statutory deductions?

Her salary from her previous employer & ours is already in the maximum salary credit of SSS.
