Good Day!

11 November 2020, I’d generate PRN VJ200759298891 thru SSS online the amount of PhP 3,600 covering Jan-Dec 2021 (300 pesos per month) which I paid via Servicio (SM San Jose Del Monte). On my usual routine, I’d checked my contribution online if the said contribution already reflected. I found out that only 3,120 pesos was credited (260 pesos per month) instead of 3,600 pesos.

On this matter, may I request the responsible agency (SSS) to supply the correct amount I contributed.
