Hi,

Requesting for my updated statement of account of any outstanding loan balance with SSS. I was locked out of my online acct and was trying to get it resolved by sending an e-mail to SSS which I do not get a response up until now. I no longer have an access to my recovery e-mail that's why I have a difficulty with recovering my online SSS acct.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Hi,

I understand that the data I'm trying to request is available online, I should have done it that way, if only I have the access to my SSS account. Stated on my the message that I initially sent "I no longer have an access to my SSS account, I got locked out and my e-mail associated to my SSS account belongs to my old employer which obviously I no longer work with" that's  why I use FOI to request the data that I needed. Why'd you tagged my request as sucessful tho? I haven't received what I've requested.
