Hi! I would like to know the status of my Calamity Loan. It was approved on June 5, 2020 and per the SSS app, it says it has been granted. There used to be a section when you log in on the SSS wesbsite where you can see a more detailed information about loans- e.g, status, date of approval, whether a check has been generated, loan details, etc.- but this feature is no longer available neither on the app or the web version, thus, making it difficult for members to track their loans. I hope you could bring this feature back!
