I emailed SBWSQueries, SBWSCertifications and SBWSReturns on June 18, 2020 inquiring why I haven't received my SBWS despite receiving text messages from SSS on May 29, 2020 for the first tranche (P8,000.00) and on June 4, 2020 for the second tranche (8,000.00) informing me that the SBWS was already credited to my account. However, no such amounts were credited to my account.
