Hi I would like to follow up on my SSS Loan. I have been emailing Member Relations Team but they are not responding. The funds should already be credited to my Union Bank Account but is not yet there.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account to confirm which account the loan has been disbursed to. For further inquiries, you may access crms.sss.gov.ph. 

Your right to request a review
