Hi I would like to ask some assistance due to Covid-19 I wasn't able to get to work and that means no work no pay. 

Sept. 17- Got fever, body pain and headache up until Sept. 20
Sept. 20-Test for RT PCR
Sept. 21- Positive for Covid 
Sept. 22 onwards being home quarantined. 

Hope you can assists me with my concern. Thank you.
