I would like to inquire about my salary loan cheque release status,  may I ask when is the release date,  mail date and mailing address of my cheque for my salary loan. This is in order to track my cheque.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, we were able to determine that this information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
