Good day.

I am requesting for cash assistance to help me paid my expenses during my 21 days quarantine. I tested positive for Covid-19, and after my 14 days quarantine, I tested positive again that is why the company suggested to extend my quarantine for another 7 days.

Since I am new to the company, I still don't have my sick leave benefit. I am hoping for your kind consideration.
