Good day!

Nais po sana namin malaman kung paano po maka avail ng financial/ medical assistance para sa mother ko po (sss pensioner) na diabetic at na admit po sa tumanggap at malapit na hospital sa amin noong July 20-27 (1st admission) at bumalik noong July 29-August 20, 2021 (2nd admission) at na diagnosed na CKD 5 at COVID patient. 
COVID survivor na po siya at ngayon po ay dialysis patient po.

Nawa matulungan nyo po kami kung paano po makapag process sa SSS. Salamat po God bless
